The rear cross-member has been etch primed and sprayed with matt black enamel. It looks really smooth and high quality. the rest has been painted with Hammerite Underbody Seal (brushable Schutz), which is a mixture of Waxoil and bitumen. Chassis Arrives

The chassis has been delivered four weeks after ordering. It took four of us to lift it off the flat bed and carry it into the front garden, where the rebuild will take place.
It’s sitting on axle stands waiting for painting. I’ll leave it month to dull down so the paint adheres better.
