The front wings and all hinges are at the painters. The bonnet, grille panel and seat base are waiting to go, and I need to do a small bit of fiddling to finish preparing the tub, which I’ll be doing tomorrow.
I have finished reassembling the rear and the front left doors. The paint is fantastic, and the light smoke tint on the new glass looks pretty classy. All the components were given a good clean up before refitting. The marks in the photos are just flash bounce-back from slight grease smearing on the panels – they are really smooth, and shine beautifully despite not having been polished up yet!
