I’ve just finished the seat base stripping, mods and repairs.
The front has been double plated to cover the left side (blanked) hand brake hole and the holes on the rhs left by the heater plug button and battery isolator, and also to hold the (trial fitted) feul tank selector valve assemblies.
The RHS galv panel was removed and the bolt on ali top panel strip (under the right hand most seat rail) has been modified so that removeable locker lids can be fitted on all three appertures.
